A CAIXA possui cerca de R$ 43,2 bilh\u00f5es em contratos com servidores p\u00fablicos em todo pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>A mudan\u00e7a come\u00e7a valer a partir de hoje (11 de junho) e para contratos novos.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Medidas Cr\u00e9dito Habitacional em 2018<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Em abril, a CAIXA reduziu em at\u00e9 1,25 p.p. as taxas de juros do cr\u00e9dito imobili\u00e1rio utilizando recursos do Sistema Brasileiro de Poupan\u00e7a e Empr\u00e9stimo (SBPE). As taxas m\u00ednimas passaram de 10,25% a.a para 9% a.a, no caso de im\u00f3veis dentro do Sistema Financeiro de Habita\u00e7\u00e3o (SFH), e de 11,25% a.a para 10% a.a, para im\u00f3veis enquadrados no Sistema de Financiamento Imobili\u00e1rio (SFI).<\/p>\n<p>O banco tamb\u00e9m promoveu melhoria das condi\u00e7\u00f5es no financiamento de im\u00f3veis para pessoa f\u00edsica. O limite de cota de financiamento do im\u00f3vel usado sobe de 50% para 70%.
